  1. This grea!!!
I love your video and I know I will love your blog. Thank you for all the great tips.
    Good Luck
    Denise

  2. I have been inspired by your organizing vids. Never gave it much thought before but we are downsizing and when you do that you organize and streamline. Tips from you have given me lots of ideas. Thanks again!!!

  3. So glad you started a short blog, getting to the “meat & potatoes”! I hate having to read 10 pages on blogs for one post! Can you use any type of rice for the burritos??

  4. I tried your Chicken Artichoke foil packets last night. They were very good. I made a few changes. Instead of fresh tomatoes I did use canned dice tomatoes in oregano and basil. I also added zucchini and summer squash. Do you freeze these at all? This makes a lot so I had some leftover. I was thinking about freezing them.

      • Well I put together three but didn’t cook them and I was going to freeze those ones. I’ll let you know how they work out when we pull them out someday and cook them. My husband loved this dish by the way. Thanks.

  5. Hi! I just found your youtube video about Freezer Cooking 101 and had some questions. I’m totally “cooking challenged” but really want to start freezer cooking for my family because I’m going back to teaching full time. My questions are…
    1. How do you know how long and at what temp to reheat frozen meals?
    2. If I’m making a dish that has cut up chicken, sauce, and pasta do I just cook pasta only, assemble with sauce and raw chicken, the freeze and cook according to recipe directions when time to eat- is it even safe to store raw chicken like that or should I keep it separate? Or do I cook everything like recipe states and then freeze it? And if so- same question as before- how do I know for how long to reheat it and at what temp?
    3. Is it possible to just freeze a bunch of chicken breasts/tenderloins that I marinate, add a coating or sauce, and bake/pan fry? How do I reheat them? Or should I just marinate them, freeze them, then cook them?

Ideally I just want to be able to thaw out dinner and stick it in the oven with no cooking or prep required other than on my big cooking day.. Help!! (Sorry if you have already answered these somewhere!!)

    • Also meant to say…. Am I just prepping the recipe and freezing it without cooking anything… or am I prepping and cooking the whole recipe and just freezing it?
